Executive Director of Training and Development

Chad Bickle brings more than 15 years of franchising experience spanning franchise development, training, coaching, operations, and business growth. His career has centered on helping franchisees and leadership teams develop the skills, systems, and strategies needed to build stronger businesses and achieve sustainable growth.

A significant part of Chad’s expertise is in franchisee training and business coaching. He has designed and delivered onboarding programs, developed training initiatives across multi-unit franchise networks, and coached franchise owners and leadership teams on operations, compliance, performance, and growth. His hands-on approach focuses on turning strategy into practical execution and helping franchisees understand not only what to do, but how to do it effectively.

Throughout his career, Chad has held leadership roles with both emerging and established franchise organizations. As Vice President of Franchise Development for BirthdayPak Franchising, he helped grow the system nationwide while providing coaching and development support. Earlier, with Sears Hometown & Outlet Stores, he helped oversee a network of 26 locations across eight states and developed training programs supporting more than 100 stores. Chad also brings the unique perspective of a franchise owner, currently operating an Original Ricci’s Hoagies location.

At Red Rock Franchise Development, Chad combines his experience as a coach, operator, franchise developer, and franchise owner to help brands strengthen their franchise systems and better support their franchisees. His practical, people-focused approach helps franchisors build stronger teams, improve franchisee performance, and create a foundation for long-term success.
