Administrative Director

Colleen LoMonaco serves as Administrative Director at Red Rock Franchise Development, where she plays a key role in keeping operations organized, efficient, and running seamlessly behind the scenes. With a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach, she supports the team in delivering a smooth and consistent experience for both brands and partners.

Prior to joining Red Rock, Colleen was part of the support team at a large franchise broker network beginning in 2021, where she gained valuable experience learning about the franchise industry as well as working within the franchise consulting space. Her previous experience includes administrative roles in the hospitality, employment and healthcare industries. Her background, combined with her dependable and solutions-oriented mindset, makes her an essential part of the Red Rock team.
