Casey Floyd brings a rare, full-circle perspective to franchising, having worked as a franchisor executive, franchise owner, and consultant. She has held leadership roles with standout brands, including serving as President of Extraordinary Brands and Vice President at Premium Service Brands, where she helped scale a $100M, multi-brand franchise system.

Today, Casey is a co-owner of an Archadeck Outdoor Living franchise in Virginia and Founder of The Franchise Fit Company, giving her firsthand experience as an operator. Combined with her MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, she brings both practical insight and strategic rigor to every client she works with.
