Michele Goitiandia is a dynamic operations and development leader with a deep-rooted passion for franchising and a proven ability to turn ideas into execution. Since entering the franchise industry a decade ago, she has built a diverse skill set spanning training, coaching, marketing strategy, and the implementation of initiatives during high-growth phases—making her an integral force behind scalable, successful brands.

Before moving into the Franchise Industry in 2016, Michele began her career managing her family’s business for more than two decades, gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of operations—from sales and accounting to team leadership and client management. She later brought that drive into a decade of direct sales leadership, where she led her team to top regional performance and developed a reputation for building strong, motivated teams.

Michele thrives on bringing ideas to life and driving meaningful progress. As VP of Operations & Development at Red Rock Franchise Development, she is passionate about helping emerging brands grow with intention and supporting entrepreneurs as they take the leap into franchise ownership.
