Training:

Our Leadership Team is Hands-On! Prime Senior Placement is committed to extensive up-front training and ongoing support. Depending on the franchisee’s experience, the company provides 4 to 5 days of training at the home office in Birmingham, Alabama. The initial training is conducted in the classroom and in the field by a training team that provides the franchise owner with perspectives, knowledge and experience from multiple Prime Senior Placement team members.
