In 2013, Ari dipped her toes into the exhilarating pool of business ownership, co-founding Red Rock Franchise Ventures LLC, a franchise consulting brokerage firm based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Applying her innate knack for sales and deep-seated passion for helping others succeed, she swiftly established herself as a top producer in one of the world’s most respected franchise consulting networks.

Since 2019, Ari has channeled her expertise and experience into nurturing numerous emerging franchisors and franchise consultants, creating a legacy as a relationship specialist with a “get it done now” mindset and a ceaseless sense of urgency.

Today, as the lead of the development team at Red Rock Franchise Development, Ari’s focus is firmly on fostering a successful franchise system for franchisors by helping establish the essential infrastructure needed to ensure consistent franchisee growth.

Possessing over 25 years of progressive leadership, Jason has navigated his way through various industries, occupying numerous high-ranking executive positions. His journey led him to the franchise industry over a decade ago, and it quickly became his calling.

Jason’s venture into franchising began in 2013 when he decided to swap his corporate career for the adventurous path of business ownership. Leveraging his robust background in food and beverage, he discovered the role of a Franchise Consultant while exploring various franchise opportunities. Just weeks after completing his training with one of the largest franchise consulting networks in the nation, he and his wife Ari launched their own franchise consulting business, Red Rock Franchise Ventures LLC.

Seeking to broaden his knowledge and expertise, Jason ventured into the franchisor side of the business. Juggling his consulting business, he stepped into the shoes of a Franchise Development Manager, gaining invaluable experience working with several franchisors in different industries.

In 2015, he joined a nascent crime-scene cleaning franchise as a Development Manager. Jason’s tenacity and strategic approach enabled the company to expand to 24 locations, after which he was appointed to President and CEO. Under his leadership over the next four and a half years, the company grew into the world’s largest crime-scene cleaning franchise.

Throughout his career, Jason has found profound fulfillment on both sides of the franchise coin. Since 2014, he has mentored and trained franchise consultants at all levels, equipping hundreds of consultants worldwide with the tools they need for success.

Jason’s unyielding passion for franchising and his genuine commitment to helping others succeed has culminated into the creation of Red Rock Franchise Development. Jason is not just in the business of franchising; he’s in the business of fostering dreams and empowering success.

Jarrod Nackley

Jarrod began his career in franchising over 25 years ago. After making the decision to leave his corporate sales job behind, Jarrod purchased a Restaurant Franchise starting with only a single location. After achieving rapid success, Jarrod set his sights on building his empire. Over the next three years he opened three additional stores and eventually went on to become a Master Franchisor, establishing The Nackley Restaurant Group where he recruited, trained and mentored new franchisees.

Spearheading The Nackley Restaurant Group, Jarrod oversaw the launch of dozens of new stores encompassing multiple regions throughout the United States before deciding to invest and develop a second multi-unit franchise brand.

In 2019 Jarrod recognized that he could help others achieve their dream of business ownership by coupling his unique background of success with his franchise expertise. That same year he founded Edgewater Franchise Advisors. A Franchise Consultancy that has helped guide new and seasoned entrepreneurs towards franchise ownership within countless industries.

Jarrod lives in his hometown of Atlanta, GA. He is a graduate of The University of Alabama and a Certified Franchise Consultant. When Jarrod is not franchising, he enjoys time with his family, Running and coaching youth baseball.

Michele has been immersed in the franchise industry for the past 7 years and can’t imagine being anywhere else! Her diverse roles have provided her experience with training, coaching, all aspects of marketing as well as implementation of new initiatives during tremendous growth periods. If you need to get something done – she is your girl! Bring her an idea and she will make it come to life.

Starting her career with 20+ years of managing her family business, she learned every aspect of what it takes to run a successful small business – from sales to accounting to staff management to account management and everything in between. Excelling in relationship building with an organizational mindset & confident communication, Michele went on to a decade of sales management with a direct sales company, leading her team to top regional sales.

Michele is passionate about growing emerging brands and helping entrepreneurs take the leap into franchise ownership.

Aaron Slattery
Aaron SlatteryFranchise Lending Specialist
Aaron is originally from Schenectady, New York where he attended SUNY Albany and received a bachelor’s degree in business management. From a very early age, Aaron had a passion for the Food and Beverage Industry. He followed his dreams and in 2007 moved to Atlanta, GA to open his first restaurant. Less than a year later Aaron expanded, opening a second location with a third to follow shortly thereafter.

In 2014 after receiving a prime offer to sell his restaurants, he relocated to Tampa, FL and began his career in franchising by helping to support existing franchise concepts. After several years of guiding prospective franchisees to lending opportunities with First Financial he decided to join their team.

Aaron began working with the team at Red Rock Franchise Development back in 2017. His expertise within SBA lending has helped hundreds of prospective franchise candidates realize their dreams of business ownership.

When Aaron is not franchising, he loves traveling, riding his motorcycle and spending time with his wife Tara.
